This spacious apartment is accessed through a shared entrance and staircase and the front door opens into a lobby, from which all rooms are accessed. The lounge comprises of two comfortable sofas, a window bench seat, TV with integrated DVD player and offers fantastic views out over the Estuary towards South Pool. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. A large ash dining table provides comfortable seating for six.
Accommodating six guests, the property has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom comprises of two single beds, drawers and a hanging rail. The third bedroom also provides twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. The property offers allocated off road parking and free wireless Broadband is also available.
Within easy reaches of the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth, North Sands and South Sands, the location is ideal for a family beach holiday or coastal break, with the South West Coast Path offering stunning walking routes nearby.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The property is close to the village centre and is clean and comfortable without being the lap of luxury. The only improvement I would recommend is a boosted wifi signal. The WiFi only worked in the kitchen, living room and sometimes in one of the three bedrooms.

It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Please note, You do need to be fairly fit, to be able to access this property. I always wish there was a balcony, as by the time I've returned to the property from the Beach or Town and then climbed 2 flights of stairs , I really don't necessarily want to go out again. But would be perfect if I could sit outside to admire the stunning view from the property. A big ask... wishful thinking! Maybe a shower screen in the bathroom would be a plus to avoid water escaping and the curtain going mouldy, having said that, the shower works wonderfully. Thank you
