Many reviews mention the comfortable beds, spacious living areas, and the relaxing environment, suggesting a high level of comfort for guests.

The property is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, but some reviews point out maintenance issues like stiff windows, a cracked cafetiere, and a problematic heating thermostat. The Wi-Fi coverage is also noted to be inconsistent.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the provision of facilities, so it is not possible to score this category.

Facilities are very good. The only thing, which has been mentioned before, are the windows that have double glazing panels that have blown. The kitchen window and 2 panels in the sun room. Obviously this spoils the enjoyment of the view, which is stunning. Eventhough, the property is well located and I would highly recommend it.

Ideal for a family with children; plenty of space, garden and the beach is nearby. You can also visit Dartmouth and surrounding area for boat trips and steam train ride. Totnes small market town with riverside walk and further afield Buckfastleigh Abby. Overall a nice holiday.
