Enter the property at half-landing level, with a short flight of stairs leading you to down to the main living area complete with charming log fireplace, tasteful furniture and large patio doors leading out onto the garden. The dining area seats eight, with two steps leading into the well-equipped, modern kitchen with marble worktops, induction hob and large breakfast bar, perfect for a morning coffee. The upper sitting room boasts splendid views and is the perfect spot to relax, there is also table football for children of all ages.
Three of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, with the master boasting a wooden-framed king-size bed, bedside units, dressing table and a large en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. The further two double bedrooms also boast king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a twin room on the first floor, featuring two double beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Salcombe is not far away and the market town of Kingsbridge welcomes you with a good choice of restaurants and shops.

Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.

Just 2 minor things The carpets on the stairway require a deep clean as they smell of dogs The sofaâs as comfortable as they are the cushions are far to big However this is our second year staying in this cottage and we had a great New Year break

A few more pint glasses would be useful. Not vital but the grass needs cutting. Otherwise excellent, ground source heating very effective, plenty of hot water.

It was immaculately clean, wonderfully equipped and extremely comfortable. We were so happy that we really didn't want to leave. The only thing that we struggled with was that the children were upstairs on their own. It would have been easier if the single beds were in the back, downstairs room near their parents. However, everything else was wonderful and it is a holiday that we will always remember. Thankyou for everything.
