A very comfortable home with plenty of facilities. Ideal location with the bus stops close by for services to Dawlish, Exeter, Teignmouth and Torquay. There is easy access to the nearest beach. The only down side has already been highlighted by other reviewers and that is the parking. There is no dedicated numbered parking space. Parking is shared with other Clovelly Rise occupants and the spaces are filled every day.

We had a very enjoyable week at Clovelly Rise. Very comfortable and good location for public transport and a pub. We think it needs to be made clearer that there is no designated parking space in the communal parking area and you cannot always get a space there. Also, there is a slope with steps to get down to the house.
