Guests have enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful setting of Bagtor Hayloft, appreciating its well-equipped facilities and the welcoming nature of the hosts. The proximity to Dartmoor and local pubs adds to its charm, despite its secluded location. The lack of a private garden and the challenging entrance are noted, yet the overall experience remains positive.
There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

This is a beautiful cottage, perfect size for us. It is a little ‘ out of the way ‘ however if you want peace & tranquility then this is it. The only draw back is the lack of a garden, the seating area overlooks the parking spaces and I would have preferred something private especially with a dog. The facilities with the cottage were excellent, fully equipped. If you want more towels for your stay I would recommend taking your own, this was a mistake for us ( only x 1 bath & hand towel each for week ).The only negative really was the entrance requires some work, large pot hole and a rocky road through a very narrow gap - if you have alloys wheels or a low body car be careful. We enjoyed our week stay in a beautiful part of Devon, the hosts made us feel very welcome and we would recommend this place for a gentle, relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely time at the cottage. We enjoyed both the moors and beaches. Walking into the moors from your doorstep is definitely a positive. It is quite far from local shops but its reclusiveness is part of its charm.
