It is so clean, warm and comfortable (especially the bed) with a lovely aga which greeted us when we returned in the evenings. Caroline and Luke have renovated Butterwell Cottage to an extremely high standard with a French slant on the beautiful, high quality furnishings and decoration. This is definitely a place we will visit again in the future ... and it's definitely up there with the best. Thank you for a lovely stay

January has been a cold month and we certainly needed to get the wood burner fired up . I was inspired to return to Chagford after a 30 year ago holiday . Our hosts were very helpful and the cottage is very cosy and comfortable. Thank you
