Guests have enjoyed their stays at this beautiful and spacious cottage, particularly praising the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the luxurious hot tub. The property has been described as ideal for large groups and families, offering a lovely garden and BBQ area. While some minor maintenance issues and a lack of certain amenities were noted, the overall experience was highly regarded.
There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score for this category.
The location seems to be excellent, with no negative comments about the area. However, there is a mention of the BBQ smoke affecting neighbours, which suggests that while the location is generally good, there could be minor issues with the property's immediate surroundings.
Comfort is consistently highlighted, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the property well furnished. The provision of towels and robes for the hot tub also contributed to a comfortable experience.
The property boasts a range of facilities including a hot tub, BBQ, and a well-equipped kitchen. However, points were deducted for reported maintenance issues such as broken wardrobe doors and a missing smoke alarm component.
While no gifts were mentioned, the provision of towels and robes for the hot tub indicates thoughtfulness. However, the lack of a welcome pack and information folder, as well as the absence of hooks for towels and a hairdryer, suggest that there is room for improvement in anticipating guests' needs.

When we arrived at the property, the dishwasher was actually blocked but the owner kindly arranged for it to be fixed immediately when which great. Overall, we loved it. The kids loved the hot tub as well!

Plenty of space for 10 people. We were in the downstairs bedroom where the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely soft bedding. The curtains kept out the light which meant we weren't woken up early. The towels and robes provided for hot tub use were an unexpected benefit. There was plenty of fridge space for the occupancy and the kitchen was full of useful electrical equipment. We had a great time there and it was good to find somewhere where the whole family of 10, 3 generations, could all get together. A couple of points, the patio and bbq were close to next door and when we used the bbq the smoke was blown straight into the neighbours windows, which they quickly closed. Also, with the patio being so close to the boundary, it was understandable that the neighbours, who needed to work didn't like the evening conversation from people on holiday keeping them awake, even though we were only talking and not behaving raucously. They would have been better placed on the other side of the garden. Also, as we were in the downstairs bedroom we used the shower room across the hall. This would have benefitted from hooks or towel holders for the hand towel and bath towels and robes. The only place to put clothes and towels was on the toilet seat. There was also no bath mat and we had to use the hand towel on the floor. There was no hairdryer in the property. We didn't take one as I've never been anywhere where one wasn't provided. If you don't want to provide any, you could make it obvious on the web sites that you need to take your own. All in all, a great place and would highly recommend. Pete & Rosie, Claire's parents.
