For those who want to keep fit whilst on holiday, sailing can be found at the picturesque villages of Appledore and Instow whilst Woolacombe and Croyde are renowned for being a surfers’ paradise and Exmoor National Park caters for keen walkers.
On arrival at this grand property, take in the beautiful views before making your way through the front door. The main lounge is to the left and offers comfortable seating with wood burning fire alongside a bar area offering a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the local area. The dining area is to the right and caters for those important family meals and more formal dinners, it also has a sound system for some enjoyable background sounds. With a well-equipped kitchen, delicious dishes are certainly on the menu. The kitchen is complete with two Range electric oven and gas hobs, two fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, microwave, coffee machine and a breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The grand staircase winds its way up to the first floor where you can find ten bedrooms all with TV’s as follows, Twin room with river views and en-suite shower room and WC, King-size with balcony and en-suite with shower over bath and WC, Double room with river views and en-suite with shower over bath and WC, Double four poster bed with river views and en-suite with shower over bacth and WC, King-size with en-suite shower room and WC, King-size with balcony and river views, en-suite and shower over bath and WC, King-size with en-suite shower room and WC, Super-King zip-and-link (can be made as twin upon request) with en-suite shower room and WC. The views from the garden are magnificent and a fantastic place to while away a lazy summer afternoon with a good book or garden games with the family. - Hot tub - For your comfort and safety, the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled prior to each stay. As a result, it requires time to heat and will not be ready for use upon arrival. It will be available once it reaches temperature.
- Sauna - To ensure freshness between stays, the sauna is powered off. Please turn it on upon arrival and allow time for it to reach operating temperature before use.
