Venture further afield to Bude on the Cornish coast where you’ll find dog friendly beaches, plenty of superb eateries and many surf schools where you can try your hand at the watersport. If you prefer calmer waters then take a dip in the Bude Sea Pool, popular for swimming and paddleboarding, or join the South West Coast Path and marvel at the dramatic landscapes that make up this beautiful county. Ashmead is an ideal base whether you are looking for a countryside break or if you wish to do some sightseeing around Devon and Cornwall.
Holsworthy is settled amongst the green hills of Tarka County, with lots to offer its visitors, including a host of independent shops, pubs, cafes, as well as leisure facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts and a bowling green.
