So quiet, homely and has every amenity you require. Great location to explore this beautiful part of the world. Local town was lovely and within walking distance. Only issue we had was getting onto the road off the driveway, as mentioned on previous reviews. Definitely requires signage and mirrors to aid exiting driveway. But this wouldnât stop me from returning time and time again.

Excellent location for exploring Devon and Cornwall. It was lovely meeting Kath (the owner) she was so easy to approach and friendly she made us feel very Welcome. We look forward to returning in the future

The house is clean enough throughout and the only downside is the bedding (duvet and pillows) are a tad cheap but other than that i'd recommend the house for larger groups. As other reviews have mentioned exiting the drive is a bit dodgy as both directions have blind bends close to the exit (and some people do drive far too fast) so a mirror opposite would help The big plus is the hot tub overlooking the field which was amazing, especially as we got perfect weather to enjoy it.
