Welcoming two dogs, it''s a fantastic place to visit with a walk to Northam Burrows right on your doorstep.

To maximise your views from the lounge, this room has been located on the first floor with a comfortable corner sofa perfectly placed to allow you to enjoy the view in comfort. Downstairs, the galley-style kitchen takes inspiration from the property''s location with sea blues and sandy tiles, equipped with everything you''ll need to make meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining room is a versatile room with both a sofa where you can read a book and a dining table for family dinners. The three bedrooms are all found upstairs alongside the lounge, starting with a cosy double bedroom. In addition, the master bedroom features a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be made up as a twin upon request, and the final room has a single bed, ideally suited to children (please note the two larger bedrooms with quayside views have secondary glazing installed to help block noise due to central village location). Completing the layout is the ocean-inspired family bathroom with a shower over the tub.

For a day out at the beach, visit Westward Ho! (2 miles) and you''ll find a whole host of activities from watersports and amusements to rockpools and invigorating walks. Further afield, the golden sands of Saunton and Croyde are both within 20 miles, located along the South West Coast Path which is a fantastic route for avid walkers. Further inland, the gardens of RHS Rosemoor are a great day out for all the family with playgrounds, cafes and a vast array of interesting plant life to see.

- 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 separate WC

- Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, washing machine and coffee machine

- Smart TV in lounge

- Parking in public pay and display car parks, and free roadside parking along the quay outside (subject to availability)

- Shops, cafes and pub all within 50 metres

- Please note: The Seagate pub is situated opposite offering relaxed dining. Well-insulated internal walls and secondary glazing on the lager bedroom windows mitigate internal noise but occasionally some outdoor atmospheric sound is something you may briefly come across. Pub always closed by 11pm.

- This property is on four different levels with open staircases and due to its history, there is uneven stone flooring in the dining room

- Due to the various levels in the property, it maybe unsuitable for those with accessibility issues or children under 4
