Set over two floors and sleeping up to eight guests, Church Barn makes for a relaxing family getaway with up to two dogs, enjoying traditional wooden beams and high ceilings and easy access to Dartmoor and the historic Okehampton. With a large carport with two covered parking spaces and off-road parking for two further cars. Look forward to cooking up a storm in the open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and seating area, where you can whip up delicious treats as your guests uncork a bottle of wine and relax on the sofa. Gather around the dining table to tuck-in to a delicious meal and toast to the wonderful days ahead. Retreat to the generous sitting room, where you can curl up on the plush sofa in front of your favourite film on the TV with DVD player, as the woodburning stove crackles nearby. Completing the ground-floor is a cloakroom, perfect for a quick freshen up before heading out, and a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. As the evening draws to a close, climb the stairs where you will discover four beautifully decorated bedrooms - One super-king-size with en-suite shower room, two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite, and a twin room, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all parties. Beautifully finished to a very high standard and exactly as described. The kids and the dog loved the garden with so much space to run around and enjoy themselves. The kitchen and dining area are the highlight of the house where you could sit and chat for hours. Thank you for helping us make fantastic memories!

Just amazing iv never stayed any where before where the whole home is just how it says the kitchen was the best iv ever seen kitted out theres so much stuff home from home we had the best time there what an experience it was to we didnt use the dish washer as i like washing up i loved cleaning the house and hope we left it in best order the bedrooms where great and the large fans in every room was god send the garden was ace to parking for two cars it was quiet tanquil this was a great experience for the grandkids they never been in a big house before we said we love it for xmas one yr i cant praise this home enough thanks for letting us make memories karen and dave smith family of 8
