Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The cottage was in a delightful setting and fantastic base for walkers. Our host run The Ibberton (two doors away) which we would highly recommend for food. Our only disappointment was that the storage heaters were not turned on early enough resulting in a very cold first evening.

Stayed here for a weekend break in Jan as part of a anniversary celebration. Lovely peaceful and serene setting in a charming converted old school house, with a log burner and modern utilities. The pub two doors up is ran by the owners, who were very welcoming and chatty. They also offer food to eat in or takeaway at a discounted price. Pub itself is quaint, full of character and definitely worthy of a visit or two. Great countryside surroundings and look forward to returning in the future.
