The house was very tired and felt unloved. It was well equipped however most things were chipped or below standard. I could list it but seems petty as was not one major thing just lots of little things which wasn't conducive to a relaxing stay. Sadly we won't return.

Lovely place to stay, close to amenities, the river, the Tank Museum and lots of nice places to walk

A lovely tranquil place to stay, in beautiful surroundings and still handy for the town. The tricky part is that 2 of the bedrooms are awkward to access, and this needs showing more clearly. One has a low beam to duck under at entrance ((about 5 ft 6in), and the third bedroom is accessed through the second. If you can cope with this then you'll have a great time.
