The Old Engine House in Beaminster is highly praised for its comfortable accommodation, well-equipped facilities, and peaceful rural setting. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts and the proximity to local attractions and the coast. The enclosed garden and local pub are added bonuses, contributing to a delightful stay.
Guests consistently mention the property being clean and well-maintained, with one review highlighting the extreme cleanliness of even the mattresses and pillows.
The location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions, pubs, and the coast, although some guests note the need to drive to nearby towns for amenities.
Numerous guests have commented on the comfortable beds and the peaceful environment, contributing to a restful stay. However, one guest mentioned a rickety bed, slightly impacting the score.
The property is well-equipped according to guests, but suggestions for a tumble dryer and a mop and bucket indicate room for improvement. The enclosed garden's location across a yard is also noted.
While guests mention a welcome tray and the provision of soap, there is not enough information to assess the consistency of thoughtful gestures or gifts, and therefore the score is set to null.

Great property.well equipped with everything.A tumble dryer would be a good addition also a mop and bucket.Enclosed garden is across a yard not attached which is a bit of a pain as dogs have to be on a lead to be let out as unsafe otherwise with main gate open during the day!
