The Cider Press is a great base for exploring the area. West Bay, Lyme Regis. Charmouth, Weymouth, Bridport, we visited them all in our six day stay. The Cider Press itself is great. Our two granddaughters loved the open plan living space upstairs. Downstairs the beds were very comfortable and the kids liked the little garden out the back. If you are into 2nd hand books try the Sanctuary in Lyme. In Bridport there are three second hand bookshops and a vinyl, cassette, CD and guitar shop.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming property. The host was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and really friendly. The property is beautiful and very well thought out. The open plan living area works so well and ensured we felt connected during our stay. They have a lovely outdoor space to relax in and the property is in a quiet location just a short walk from 2 beautiful beaches. There are supermarkets a short 5 minute drive away. The bedrooms were very comfy and the property was spotless. There were flowers in the kitchen area on arrival as well as tea and coffee which was very welcome after a loooooong drive. The property is in a perfect location for exploring the coastal areas of Dorset and we had a fantastic holiday.I would not hesitate to book this property again. Truly brilliant place.
