Guests say

Beach Haven is a well-received cottage in Dorset, praised for its stunning location, beautiful views, and high standard of equipment. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, comfortable beds, and the secure garden, ideal for families and pets. The proximity to the beach and a high-class restaurant adds to the charm, despite some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements.

Most guests found Beach Haven to be clean and well-presented. However, a few mentioned finding dust under beds and in bathrooms, and unvacuumed sofas. These isolated comments suggest room for improvement in cleaning thoroughness.

The location is consistently lauded for its quietness, proximity to the beach, and beautiful sea views. It's also noted for being close to local attractions and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful and scenic holiday.

Guests have reported the property to be very comfortable, with special mentions of the comfortable beds and well-decorated rooms. Some guests noted that the sofas could be more supportive, indicating a slight deduction for comfort.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and garden. However, there are comments about broken garden chairs, a lack of drying facilities, and suggestions for additional kitchen worktop space. These indicate that while facilities are good, there is room for maintenance and enhancement.

While the reviews reflect a high level of satisfaction with the property's offerings, there is insufficient information to assess the level of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts or special touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, this score cannot be determined from the available reviews.

All the little touches in respect of decoration are so well thought out and I cannot praise enough the equipment and the amount of crockery and cutlery etc supplied. We would definitely recommend a stay at this property.

We stayed here as attending a wedding at the Manor. Don’t really get to enjoy the full experience as it was a busy weekend, but the Bride and Groom loved the house so much it may now become their Anniversary place annually.
