Follow the steep path down to the beach, through the gate at the end of your garden, or find the easier ramp access, also close by. Sun yourselves in the three-quarters of an acre garden on warm sunny days or gather round the open fire in winter inside the comfortable, five-bedroom property. Plan trips to historic sites together or spend time in bustling Dorset towns.

Step into the inviting cottage and find yourself in the sun-filled lounge/diner. Put your feet up in here after long days out. Light the fire if you choose, watch TV or a DVD and dine at the table beside the window, where you can take in the scenic views. On warm days, throw open the French windows. Find your kitchen has everything you need to prepare group meals, and a table, where you can ponder a while over a cup of coffee and a magazine. There is also a utility room, with washing machine, and a covered yard, where you can keep boots and wet suits. A ground-floor bedroom looks out towards the sea and there is a shower room, with WC nearby.
