A lovely modern three storey property within walking distance of the promenade and restaurants in Weymouth. A quiet local location with parking on the private drive.

Lovely for what we wanted, a holiday by the sea. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, harbour and loads of pubs/cafes. The house was relatively clean and tidy but could do with updating, especially things like TVs and bathrooms which were very basic. The dryer function didn't seem to work on the washer/dryer. The back garden and pathway to the front door needs all cutting back, some really scratchy plants obstructing the path to the front door which scratched my little boy and could have scratched the car in the drive too as its so over grown. No free view on the TVs or smart functions. Would also benefit from black out blinds/curtains in all the bedrooms, and its very noisy in the master bedroom due to the main road that passes by.

The house is ten minutes walk away from the town and the beach and it’s a lovely house with everything you need for a comfortable holiday
