Our stay was very comfortable, we had a warm welcome and everything we needed was readily available. For the money this is very good accommodation.

Can not provide a review for staying at the place due to the owners not knowing about our holiday from the agents. After following the instructions on the booking form, called the owners to let them know time of arrival to only be informed that there was nothing booked in for us! By this point, as a family we had already travelled for 4 hours and was completely left alone in North Wales!! The owners however felt awful but being away themselves could not help us but did follow up with several calls to ensure were were OK and even offered us a free weekend at an alternative date which we thanked them for.
