The property benefits from a great location just a few minutes’ walk from Weymouth’s sandy beach, promenade and marina.
The large and bright L-shaped living and dining area are flooded with natural light from the doors leading out onto the patio, and is beautifully designed with wonderful furniture, providing space to relax either indoors or out, and the modern kitchen is both well-stocked and practical in its layout.

Weymouth is a classic seaside resort, with an abundance of attractions. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés to enjoy. A short drive from Weymouth is Portland with its picturesque harbour. These areas were also the location for the sailing events at the 2012 Olympics. It is excellent for sailing, kite and wind surfing offering world-class facilities ideal for getting involved or just taking in the view. In this area you will also Chesil Beach, a vast pebble beach stretching for 18 miles.
