Please note: There is an unfenced stream, pond and steep sloping banks in the grounds.. Perivale Lodge is set in the beautiful location of the Forest of Dean and is close to The Dean Steam Railway Station where you can purchase a day ticket to take you all over this area. It is situated in glorious countryside, making it a perfect get-away for all the family. The property has been renovated to a very good standard, offering well equipped and comfortably furnished holiday accommodation. It also benefits from the use of a fire pit, perfect for family and friends to enjoy an evening around.
The grounds have access to some amazing walks and the enclosed 2-acre field is perfect for letting the dogs off their leads. There are open ponds and steep slopes all round, so children must be supervised at all times. The property boasts a downstairs entrance way designed for bringing the dogs into, after washing them off outside with the warm water hose, and is also suitable for hanging coats and leaving boots.

Stayed at the lodge for a lovely Xmas family get together. Host was very accommodating supplying extra pots and pans for Xmas dinner and allowing access to freezer earlier. Great facilities for both dogs, young children and all ages. Lovely hamper, decorations and even some games to play. Plenty of towels too. Great price. Even a slow cooker provided making easy self catering meals a must. Very impressed will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The perfect place to visit with your dogs. Comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing time away. The dog field was such a bonus.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay with plenty of secure garden for your 4 legged friends. Forest walks straight from the door. We absolutely love it at perivale and being in the countryside. The owners are really helpful and hve loads of ideas on where to visit. We are happy to park up and relax for the week with plenty of walks . Have already booked our next holiday there. Amazing place.
