We absolutely loved this cottage. It is well appointed, lovely owner next door and we were blessed with good weather so could pop over the road to see the steam trains (boys were happy). Lots of new sniffs for the dogs and early morning and evening we were lucky enough to see a herd of deer on the hillside. We would love to revisit Perivale Lodge again when next in the area

Couldn't fault the cottage, surrounding area or hosts. Great communication from Debbie before we arrived, the cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a long weekend away. The extra touches were especially thoughtful, the welcome hamper, doggies treats and facilities are so lovely. The walks from the doorstep straight into the Forest of Dean are amazing but even if you are not a walker the gardens at the cottage are equally lovely with a secure field to exercise your dogs. Thank you so much.

My family and I sent Easter weekend at Perivale Lodge and despite a bumpy start with our beloved Alfie (dog) being poorly we had a fabulous time. The Lodge has everything you can think of, and more! The grounds around the lodge are fabulous. It was a shame it wasn’t really warm enough yet to utilise the fantastic outside space, we did try but it was a little too cold.  Debbie was so kind and welcoming, we really felt at home. I highly recommend a visit, we will definitely be back, when its warmer!
