Excellent weekend break Loved the wood fired hot tub in -3°! (Bought our own wood as we have wood burner at home)Toasty warm and comfortable- under floor heating was glorious ♡Spotlessly clean Everything well catered for....My only other minor comments... could do with a hand whisk and possibly a high chair upgrade Otherwise lovely- thank youRed Lion pub was a big hit and only 25 minute walk

We had a fabulous 3 night and 4 day stay at Milk Maid barn over New Year. We loved everything about it apart from the neighbours we had next door. They were still partying at 2am with kids dragging the chairs across the stone floors, karaoke with microphones and just really loud. The rooms are joined by just 1 door and the other family may as well have been in our barn. Other than that we had the most wonderful time. It's a shame it was spoilt by disrespectful neighbours. Thankfully caught up on sleep when we arrived home.

Very nice accommodation but missing certain essentials if you plan to cook for yourselves. For example no oven gloves / tea towels or serving spoons ( best to take your own).
