Cottage very well equipped, spacious and in a very quiet location. Perfect in every way for our planned week in Gloucestershire. Attentive host, expectations fully met.

My husband and I stay in 2 or 3 holiday places every year with our dogs, so we have experienced both good and bad ......The size of the garden was great for our 3 medium sized dogs; however the gate blew open twice allowing our dogs to wander into the livery area; we did report this so hopefully it won't be an issue for future visitors. The leather sofas & armchair in the lounge were all recliners and are possibly the most comfy furniture we have ever had in a holiday cottage! We found the 4'6" beds small but they were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped; no welcome pack.Lovely shower. There is a stair gate at the top of the very steep/deep/winding stairs; however when we explained one of our dogs is elderly and may try to get to us, we were kindly provided with a stairgate which my husband was able to fit across the bottom of the stairs. We loved the location, rural, and very quiet with parking right outside. With regard to 'value for money', we thought £30 per dog for 3 nights was a lot, especially as the downstairs is all flag stone floor.Would we recommend? Yes 😁

A very good break by all, helped by the excellent annexe that we stayed in. The place is very accomodating with the facilities within. The warmth of the place was very good. It is set within a lovely area. The layout is very good and easy to get around. Myself and my family would highly reccomend this place to stay in
