Situated on the Cotswold Way and just a short walk from the centre of the Cotswold market town of Winchcombe, Orchard Lea is a fantastic property to base yourself to discover all that the Cotswolds has to offer.

Step into the large entrance hall to enjoy accessible, spacious, single-storey accommodation. The generous living space comprises of a sociable open-plan kitchen/dining room, with ample seating for up to six guests and french doors opening out onto the fully-enclosed courtyard garden. The cosy sitting room allows you to relax in comfort in front of the wood burning stove and enjoy your favourite films or television programmes on the Smart television.

Three spacious bedrooms, ideal for multi-generational families or friends, have been tastefully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep, two of which have french doors leading out to the courtyard garden.

Winchcombe is a popular market town, featuring several independent shops, historic pubs and eateries. The town features a 'Walkers are Welcome' status, making it a great base for those looking to explore one of Britain's National Landscapes; or visit the historic Sudeley Castle and its award winning gardens.

Access to Orchard Lea is shared with the neighbouring, attached property. The shared gate is monitored via a video doorbell for the neighbouring property's security purposes only.

    Enjoyed a wonderful week in this fantastic area. We have visited all the villages, our favourite is Stow on the wold.St Peters Church -Worth a visit. so many good eating places we loved going to the fleece Inn in Breferton owned by the National Trust. Farmers Market is good 3rd Saturday of the month, lovely cakes and sourdough bread In - Winchcombe. We would highly recommend staying in this property, there's everything you want. Thank you so much to Caroline for the lovely welcome hamper. We hope to be back again 😁
