We stayed as a couple in July in this lovely property. We had excellent weather and appreciated the provision of fans in the extreme heat. The property was well equipped. The views were excellent from 3 different aspects of the property. We value privacy and this property was ideal being an end terrace. The property was roomy with a large private secure parking area. The location was perfect for walks, swimming and boat trips. We went swimming every day - literally a 5 minute walk from the property. We took boat trips to the Barbican, Cremyll and Saltash from the nearby Royal William Yard. It was a pleasant walk into Plymouth and we did that many times. There is also a good bus service from Royal William Yard. We did not use our car at all.

A lovely cottage with everything required for a comfortable stay. The location is good for access to Royal William Yard, Lidl is a walk away to get groceries. Getting into the other areas of Plymouth is a very long walk! There is a local bus (which we didn’t use) if you don’t want to use the car.
