We had a lovely time at 54 beach retreat.Caravan was clean and comfortable it was very well presented, full size cooker, fridge freezer, everything you need to self cater. But if you want to eat out there are loads of places to eat out. The caravan was close to the beach we had some lovely walks on the very long beach. Actually the caravan was close to all amenities lots of shops and supermarkets, some within walking distance. Lots of things for children so although we took our dog this time would take grandchildren next time.with the fresh air and the memory foam mattress boy did I have the best night's sleep

The accommodation was clean , easy to find and had plenty of space. everything we needed was there and access to beach was great, 2 min walk, no crossing roads!! we were there out of season so it was lovely and quiet. there was a furry blanket and a mat for the dog food and water which was a lovely touch. The ensuite was an extra bonus. Only downside and we were not too bothered as wanted a quiet getaway but the wifi is non existent so no Netflix or sky go, it didn't bother us as we needed a quiet relaxing break. Super dog friendly location, dogs can run free on the beach which was great, maybe not in season. all public bars and the club bar "The Breakers" allowed dogs. We ordered a takeaway from the Bay of India and it was delivered to the site. It was delicious. All in all we would definitely go back.

Caravan is in a great spot, close to all amenities and a short walk to the beach. The caravan is well equipped with lots of very clean utensils (some places I have stayed in were grimy!) so this was appreciated. The living space was cosy and comfortable, beds made and all linen and towels provided. We took our own throws to keep the sofas clean and our own little vacuum cleaner! However, there is one provided, plus a hairdryer and an ironing board. It's the little details that make a huge difference. The caravan has a fence surrounding it, perfect for our dog to watch the world go by. I believe in leaving things as you find them so ensured we cleaned the caravan before we left. Had a lovely break, really relaxed and would definitely recommend!
