Excellent short break with 6 year old grandsonCaravan had everything we needed. Very comfortable! Shower was very powerful! Site was very clean and organised! Sand dunes only a stroll away beautiful ! Enjoyed nearby animal parkOnly complaint would be WiFi very intermittent and got my Netflix working eventuallyAlso finding the key was hard but site team helped as it was under our noses, better details of where to find would helpThanks for starter pack milk cereals etcOnly nitpick would be shower could of been cleaner toilets worked really well tooThankyou

Beautiful static caravan in a great location. Short walk to the beach, we used the main entrance to the beach to get there with the pushchair and it took us less than 10 minutes however there is a quicker direct path. There is a theme park five minutes walk away, plenty of arcades, restaurants and shops nearby and Brean Down for rockpooling a short drive away. The caravan itself had everything we needed. We stayed with a two year old, five year old and a dog and found it very comfortable and clean. WiFi was slow for our whole stay but considering the reception wasn't great it just may be due to the location. We did not miss it much as there is a lot to do nearby and Freeview was working fine. Appliances and kitchenware was in great order and cleaner than in most places we have stayed. The bar next door does have entertainment on some days which can be quite loud if it is hot as they seem to keep the doors open. However, it didn't disturb our very tired children and stopped by 11pm. Overall we had a great stay and found the whole holiday easy to plan and not as stressful as expected thanks to the accommodation.

Although the immediate impact was great after packing away and organising I found a very dirty sink and an odour which I couldnt find , maybe due to being pet friendly but all in all a nice stay but could do with some fans as was extremely hot but didnt feel safe to leave windows open , presented beautifully but just not up to standards and cost , was expecting perfection
