Accommodation Information
Linen is included in our Osprey range caravans - all other grade caravans (Puffins and Herons) linen can be hired at £8 per set.
Cots and Highchairs are available to hire but customers must bring with them their own bedding for cots.
Outdoor pool is open from 15th July to 7th September - the pool will be closed every Monday and FridayPlease note that this is a self-catering accommodation so don’t forget to bring your towels, t-towels and toilet rolls.
Check In Procedure
Check in time is 5pm If you are arriving after 6pm, you must inform the park of your estimated time of arrival so that we can make arrangements for you to receive your key. If you are held up for any reason then please call 01278 794888 after 6pm. Check Out Procedure
Checkout is 10.00am on day of departure. Please open all windows to ventilate the caravan and return your key to reception. If you are checking out outside of office hours, please lock up your caravan entirely and deposit your key in the letterbox in the office door.Group Bookings/Party Types
The park does not accept work parties, young or single sex groups. There must be at least 1 adult over the age of 21 on all bookings.
Please be aware that not all caravans will have parking outside.There is a main car park and bays located around the park.
Outdoor pool is open from 15th July 2025 to 7th September 2025 - the pool will be closed every Monday and Friday
The venue will be closed due to private events on specific dates. This means no restaurant/takeaway.

Great value caravan, had everything we needed and was on a lovely little site. Great location, easy walking distance to town and the beach. Staff on site are really helpful and friendly too.

We had a lovely caravan, very close to the amenities. Everything we needed for dining in was available. The beds were comfy and the caravan layout was perfect for us. The site itself doesn't have a shop or indoor pool, but these were very close by. There is a lovely lake on site for fishing and a nearby bait shop.

I recently stayed for three nights in a caravan and had a really enjoyable experience. The caravan was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short getaway. The space was compact but thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with lovely walks nearby and great acces to local attractions. Overall, it was a great little escape excellent value for money and perfect for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable break in nature. Id definitely stay again!
