The main purpose of our trip was to visit our friends of 50+ years who had moved to Burnham on Sea. So we needed somewhere to sleep, shower and have breakfast, occasional snack etc.Gill and Saeed are lovely and very welcoming.However, what should be noted is that there are 2 steps, quite steep to enter into the property which isn't stipulated on details on Cottages.com or other websites, one even states wheelchair friendly, which it most certainly isn't. Having mobility issues the steps were not great, Gill did try to accommodate us via her own garden, but felt very intrusive.If you have issues the shower entrance/exit is a tad tight too (this place is totally stunning, but these comments are purely for the less mobile/able bodied).One other thing is that the heating is controlled with Gill and Saeed and being a cold soul I felt it took a while to warm up. We had a dire week weather wise!

Wild View is a lovely cottage, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The hosts were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay somewhere quiet but within easy reach of the best that Somerset has to offer. We had such a lovely time and will definitely return ❤️

Wild view is the perfect home from home. A great location just off the M5 and close to many local attractions. The bungalow is so peaceful and quiet and overlooks fields which has wild deer. It has modern interior and was well equipped and very clean. We arrived to a little welcome gift from the owners which was appreciated and they were on hand if there was any problems. The beds and pillows were super comfy. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation about staying again if we are down that way again.
