Excellent hosts, warm welcome, always available and anxious to provide a good experience. Accommodation was pristine, roomy and very comfortable. Lovely outside seating areas.Some scenic views from bedroom windows.Personal parking space helps greatly with holiday lets.

The main purpose of our trip was to visit our friends of 50+ years who had moved to Burnham on Sea. So we needed somewhere to sleep, shower and have breakfast, occasional snack etc.Gill and Saeed are lovely and very welcoming.However, what should be noted is that there are 2 steps, quite steep to enter into the property which isn't stipulated on details on Cottages.com or other websites, one even states wheelchair friendly, which it most certainly isn't. Having mobility issues the steps were not great, Gill did try to accommodate us via her own garden, but felt very intrusive.If you have issues the shower entrance/exit is a tad tight too (this place is totally stunning, but these comments are purely for the less mobile/able bodied).One other thing is that the heating is controlled with Gill and Saeed and being a cold soul I felt it took a while to warm up. We had a dire week weather wise!
