This is an amazing place, just the right size for me, the wife and two small dogs. The Views were stunning, and just the right distance was a Farm shop, Chard and Lyme Regis. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this location to others.Well worth the money too.

Pros:-Stunning views-Secure gardens-Ample parking-Private heated pool-Good sized kitchen and bathroomCons:- No outdoor table for dining- 2 chairs in the living room very uncomfortable - Bed very soft and bouncy which we found quite uncomfortable - Somewhat lacking privacy - postman, delivery drivers and owner all have access to the area directly in front of the annexe...not ideal when in pjs or a swimsuit! We booked for 4 nights but only ended up staying 3. The Annexe is situated in a small village with lovely views across hills and fields (bonus cows in the next field). There are not really any amenities within walking distance but plenty within a short drive. The property itself was clean and tidy although lacking a few little touches that would really elevate it. Overall the pool made it worthwhile and value for money.
