The cottage is in a good position for exploring Exmoor.

.Everyone staying here said how comfortable the mattresses were.! all the rooms had a pleasant view and lots of bathrooms for us to choose.Many different levels in building I would suggest are difficult for elderly people staying here. The house is on a steep incline and so parking cars was a little tricky. However it was a great place to stay

Perfect for our family get together, except the fourth bedroom is not great for 2 adults, it was more suited for 2 children. The living room could have been cleaner, especially the rug and sofas, whilst we had a dog we have stayed in dog friendly cottages before where it is hard to tell dogs have stayed. The kitchen was very well equipped to cater for ourselves and the washing machine proved useful. We enjoyed the table tennis table in the garage, but needed more balls and couldn't find any for sale locally or further afield, which was a shame. The garden was fully dog proof which was fantastic and our dog loved it. Overall a great week.
