Goodrington beach and its attractions are a 2-minute walk, while Paignton harbour, beach and town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, are a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Great location for Goodrington beach and Paignton harbour. Could do with a little updating inside and attention to detail with the cleaning, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend 1 Roundham Heights.

The holiday apartment can not be recommended many on cleanliness. On arrival there were crumbs and even toe nails on the floor. The two sofas were gross. General grubbiness throughout, i.e. curtains, lamps, walls stained. The wooden floor needs attention. New carpet needed throughout. The top bunk bed is rendered unusable due to ceiling light fitting is too close. (Ceiling rose appears loose) At least beds and towels were clean.Location was great, close to beach (5mins) main town (15mins) though steep hills (that's to be expected in this area.)Apartment has a quirky layout which is fine, except the bottom bathroom, which may be unusable for some.Overall this apartment would be great if given some love and attention.

Great Location for a family holiday. The location was fabulous, 5 minute walk to a park and beach. 10 minute walk to Paignton. Beautiful views. The apartment was comfortable with lots of space. Nice welcome pack with some esential items. I would recommend this apartment for it's location. Nice having a designated parking space. We had no hot water when we arrived and this was rectified the following day. The apartment looks tired, lots of cobwebs not sure if it had been occupied prior to our stay. The wet room shower was very stiff and difficult for our son with a disability to use. No oven gloves. Clothing under the bed from previous occupants.
