A modern, fairly newly built, house in very good condition and was nicely decorated. The property offers just about every 'mod con' to make a short or much longer stay easy and once we had located the various manuals everything we used worked well. The central heating system was particularly effective, quickly heating any room. Personally we found the stylish but rather awkward breakfast table and high stools difficult to make use of, younger folks might cope easier!!. The four things we would have liked to seen are, 1. a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed in each of the 4 bedrooms (there was only one in each room), 2. coat hooks in the ample hallway to hang wet coats on as you enter and 3. somewhere to hang wet towels after showering and 4. mirrors in the smaller bedrooms. Parking in the area is a bit awkward although we did manage to squeeze 2 small cars on to the drive in front of the garage. The house is located on a modern housing estate and has a nice frontal aspect overlooking a grass area and playground. There are at least 4 supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. The property is well located for visiting all of the Torbay area and indeed further afield for the whole of South Devon.

Great spacious property, plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Great location close to supermarket and opposite a small park. The house is equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay , nice fluffy towels , extra bedding if needed and all the small extras such as tea, soap , toilet roll and dishwasher tablets. Very happy with booking here , no complaints. Thank you .

Fabulous week as a family of 6, house is clean, spacious and location is perfect. Two small recommendations there needs to be a bedside table on each side of the double beds, currently only one in each double room and there are no mirrors in the bedrooms to do hair and make up. I would definitely stay here again.
