We loved Boohay. Clean apartment close to local amenities and with a view to die for over Torbay. Bottle of complimentary wine on arrival was a nice touch and we could not have asked for a better base for a short Devon break.

The apartment is great, everything you could need has been thought of. The view is fantastic, we had a showery morning so sat and watched the boats in and out of the marina. The walk down to the front is ok, but oh those steps coming back up. You can eat and drink what ever you want because those calories will be burnt off.

We had a lovely stay here, nice flat.We didn't like the location.We are both in our 70s so found the location a problem. About 200 steps to get down to the town/beach and back up unless you use taxi. and we both suffer from arthritis.For this reason we used the car everyday and the problem then is parking which is a nightmare!! If you can find a spot.The apartment itself is really nice great views.Comfy bed. The oven isn't too good but if you eat out it's not a problem.The TV was a long way off from the settee but a 50 inch wood solve thatOverall ok
