We arrived at the cottage in the middle of the night after a 5 hour drive with a new baby to find that the beds were stripped and not made up, the toilet was dirty and not flushed. The only bedding in the cottage was dirty, screwed up on the bathroom floor with visible brown marks on. We had no option but to sleep in someone else’s dirty bedding. The next day I had REPEATEDLY chase up to get the bedding changed, at one point being told I was wrong and the beds were made. Eventually, after wasting the first day of my 3 day break, the cleaners came to change the bedding and I could finally put my baby to bed. The cleaners also noted how the property had been ‘fogged’ and not wiped down afterwards, since they had last cleaned.

Found the cottage very nice. Ideally located near the town centre and harbour. Furnished beautifully. Having smart televisions in the lounge and bedrooms was a bonus. .Only issue was that some of the channels had poor signal. The balcony was nice as we had a sea view.. We did have a small problem, we did report it, and within two hours the problem was resolved and we were extremely impressed with this. We were extremely comfortable in Sea Breeze and we would have no hesitation to book again. We had a lovely holiday.
