This spacious semi-detached holiday cottage is attached to the farmhouse on a small holding and livery yard on the edge of the village of Pottern. It is situated on a peaceful bridleway with a private patio. Behind the cottage is a ¼ acre playing and seating area with glorious views towards Salisbury Plain. Visit Stonehenge, Avebury and the lovely National Trust village of Lacock, all only 20 minutes away or Longleat, Bath and Salisbury within ½ an hour. The New Forest, The Cotswolds and Glastonbury are approx 1 hour’s drive. Village shop ¾ mile, post office and pub ½ mile.

We had a lovely week at Abbotts Ball Farm, the cottage was spacious and clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our daily visits from Lily the dog! The area is very peaceful but close to local amenities. We would definitely recommend this cottage

Very comfortable cottage. Very clean and tidy. Host was very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Located for a number of attractions (around 30 mins travel). Would likely return in the future.

Delightful, clean, well equipped cottage with stunning garden to the front and fabulous views across the valley to the rear. Owner Hazel who lives in the adjoining property is a lovely lady, friendly and helpful. If, like us you are seeking peace and quiet in a stunning setting, with a town full of amenities just a couple of miles away, this place is perfect. Highly recommended.
