All spread across the ground floor, this stunning property comes with high wooden beamed vaulted ceilings and perfectly polished real oak Parquet floor throughout. The property has been luxuriously furnished throughout and makes for the most perfect romantic getaway. Well thought out decorative touches enhance the impressive space and the open plan contemporary kitchen is beautifully presented and is fabulously equipped for the most exacting cook. The bedroom is bright yet cosy with the main feature being the centrally located King-size bed with views leading into the garden.The bathroom has been equipped with double basins, a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower and has a truly luxurious feel. Large folding doors in both the kitchen/dining area and bedroom that opens up into a private terraced and lawned west-facing courtyard with views over the adjacent field, create the ultimate in-out dynamic.
With doors closed, underfloor heating on and log burner lit, The Milking Parlour becomes the perfect snug to retreat to all year round, after exploring the astonishing variety that the nearby Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty have to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Milking Parlour. Itâs such a beautiful property thatâs been finished off to the highest standard. It was a joy to have such a large bathroom with a lovely roomy shower too. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

A charming and spacious cottage, well-equipped and tastefully designed. Surrounded by quiet rural landscapes, it provides the perfect base for a peaceful and restorative stay in Suffolk. Marion and Kevin were very helpful and friendly. The hot tub was a great addition; it is wood fired so requires some preparations but once you get the hang of it and after the water warms up, in the following days it gets easier to operate.
