There was loads to do in Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding area. The parking was only 2 minutes down the road and reasonably priced. Great welcome pack on arrival.

The only thing missing was a vacuum or a decent brush and dustpan as a week is a long time to not be able to hoover up!

It is very spacious, well presented and central to everything including the Abbey Gardens and restaurants, which is what we wanted. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and full of historical charm. We didn't have a car so cannot comment on parking. It is located on a very busy traffic corner which may bother some, but this didn't us at all as it is so central and a short walk to everything in town. Would definitely recommend to those who are looking for the same.
