We had a wonderful holiday with 2 families. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. We found the location perfect with lot of things to do for adults and children. The village is very pretty and pubs, playground, castle and shop all within easy walking. We definitely hope to return.

We was also welcomed with a lovely Christmas hamper which was a lovely touch!

Plenty of pleasant walks from the cottage, excellent for dogs. We only used our car twice during our week stay. The cottage is well equipped with all the essentials required for self catering. Some of the chords on window blinds were broken. The rear garden appears neglected and scruffy, it is enclosed and safe for our dogs. The information file at the house describes a welcome pack for visitors that was not provided, there was a bottle of wine which was most welcome.
