A traditional pier and an array of independent shops and restaurants, from here you can pop on the foot ferry over to Walberswick, famous for its crabbing. Aldeburgh has the famous shell sculpture on the beach and a very popular fish and chip shop. If you can drag the children away from the beach then pay a visit to Africa Alive in Kessingland, here you will see hundreds of animals, Pleasurewood Hills at Lowestoft is a great way to spend a day, with rides for all ages. Being close to the Norfolk Broads you can take a day boat out and take a peaceful glide along the Broads.

This is a pleasant property in a rural area. The beds, sofa and armchairs are all comfortable. The house has been extended to the rear. There is a modern wet room downstairs. The extension also accommodates a large kitchen/diner. The rest of the house is original. The upstairs bathroom has been modernised to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Lovely home from home, very well equipped indeed. Everything you needed was there. The weather could have been better and we would then have loved the outside space. Lots of things to see and do locally. Loved it
