Guests say

Rippleway in Walberswick is a well-regarded holiday cottage, praised for its prime location, spaciousness, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to the beach, pubs, and local attractions. The large, private garden is a highlight, especially for families with children and pets. While some guests have suggested improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, the overall experience is seen as pleasant and comfortable.

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the property clean and well-kept, while others noted issues with dust, cobwebs, and a need for a deeper clean. The feedback suggests room for improvement in this area.

The location is highly praised for its convenience to local amenities, the beach, and scenic walks. Guests consistently appreciate the charm of the village and the ease of access to nearby attractions.

Most guests find the property comfortable, with ample space and good-quality bedding and towels. However, some noted the need for blackout curtains and replacement of old pillows, slightly affecting the comfort score.

The property is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and guests are generally satisfied with the facilities. Some minor issues were raised regarding maintenance and the provision of cleaning products, which suggests room for improvement.

While some guests mentioned the lack of a welcome pack, there is not enough consistent information on thoughtful touches or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that while such amenities are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

Recommended for a family. One small criticism ....... no welcome pack on arrival meant that the grandchildren had to nip off sharpish to the local shop before it shut. In the past we have had a few essentials provided on arrival.....tea, coffee, milk, bread etc. but not on this occasion, unfortunately.

And ideally situated for the beach and nearby pubs.

  • Alison

As my family did not take all of the rooms we were able to take other towels from the spare room.
