The hot tub and river access with kayaks are particular highlights, alongside the well-equipped kitchen and sociable dining area. The property offers a tranquil retreat with plenty of outdoor activities to keep all ages entertained.

The property is generally described as clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness. However, the lack of bins in bathrooms and upstairs suggests a slight oversight in convenience.

The location is consistently praised for its quietness, peacefulness, and natural beauty, with wildlife and a good pub within walking distance. It's ideal for a tranquil getaway.

Comfort is highlighted with the property accommodating various age groups and providing ample space. The presence of a playroom and a lounge suggests a comfortable setting, although no specific mention of beds or seating comfort.

Facilities are well-regarded, especially the kitchen equipment and outdoor amenities like the hot tub and kayaks. However, the mention of a lack of bins and a clock indicates room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate the level of thoughtfulness. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

Lovely house. Great facilities, clean in a quiet location with a good pub 15 minutes walk from the house. Great fishing and lots of wildlife viewed from the garden. Stayed for a week with 8 adults, 1 child, plenty of space and loved the big kitchen table for meals with the picture window framing the garden and the river beyond.
