We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at Swann House. A good location with excellent village shop just up the road. Parking was good at front of house. Not many walks nearby for our dogs but reasonable garden for them. Spacious accommodation on the whole and good children’s room. Good kitchen and large table on the mainly shady patio which was a boon as extremely hot weather. There are a lot of steps in the house but other than that very good accommodation.Sutton Hoo, Southwold, Walberswick, Snape and Aldeburgh not far away.

We loved our stay at Swan House. Very comfortable. My grandson was thrilled to see the kids' room with so many toys and books!! It was like Aladdins Cave for him. I think the owners have tried to think of everything. There were 2 TVs - one in the sitting room, another in the dining area, comfy room. Possibly another in the master bedroom - we gave that to my daughter and husband as on the same level as their little boy.Great location. 7/10 mins to Southwold beach/town. Beach was lovely - either no dogs near the pier, or dog friendly beach futher down at Denes beach. I found some lovely walks too. One from the house, another a few minutes by car to park and then join the footpath. The local pub had great food - 1 min walk away.Garden was nice - bbq was good. Nothing bad to say except that we don't want everyone else booking it!!
