This detached holiday cottage, beautifully renovated, with its own secluded lawned garden, down a quiet country road, 1½ miles from the bustling market town of Bungay in Suffolk’s beautiful Waveney Valley. Furnishings and décor have been carefully chosen to harmonise with the cottage’s beamed interior, but is light, airy and contemporary in its finish. A fine base for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast as well as the stunning countryside of the valley. Shops, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Beautiful cottage, tv did not work at all even though we did follow the instructions in the book, also woke up on third day with no hot water, we managed to source the emersion and switch it to boost, although we did let the owner know on both occasions we had no reply or visit from them, also there was an adjoining gate to next door (owners we assume) this must have been opened by someone and left open luckily our dogs did not escape, the gate was far too heavy to be blown by the wind

Some really good facilities for guests including a couple of bikes for you to use. We didn't because weather was not ideal. We found it was ideal for a quiet break.

Lovely homely cottage in the countryside just what was needed. Warm & comfortable with a log burner to top up the heat. Plenty of walks nearby for the four legged members of the family. 10/10
