Travelling inland, guests can enjoy the ancient burial ground at Sutton Hoo (NT) and the riverside market town of Woodbridge, with its swimming pool and independent cinema. We had a wonderful stay at Rose Farm Barn for a family celebration. The barn was incredibly spacious, well equipped and comfortably accommodated all of our needs, making it the perfect place for our gathering.The setting is absolutely lovely, peaceful and welcoming, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rose Farm Barn and would love to return in the future.

The converted barn holiday was wonderful, featuring stunning original beams, modern amenities, and a deeply peaceful countryside setting. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and board games. The host was very responsive and welcoming throughout our visit.

We stayed at Rose Farm Barn from 3rd to 7th July 2026, and what a wonderful place it is!The property is incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated the 12 of us staying there. It was also perfect for hosting the 24 family and friends who joined us on the Saturday to celebrate my fiancé's 50th birthday.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped—we wanted for nothing. The large fridge easily held everything we needed for our celebration, and there was an abundance of glasses, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment. We genuinely couldn't fault it.The living area was warm and comfortable, with plenty of sofas and chairs for everyone to relax. The two large dining tables meant we could all sit together, which made our meals even more enjoyable.The bedrooms were all a great size, with very comfortable beds. As the weather was extremely hot during our stay, it was a lovely touch that each room had its own fan. Towels were also provided for everyone.The children's playroom was fantastic and kept the younger guests entertained for hours. It was packed with things to do, including a pool table, air hockey, table football, board games, and lots of toys. Outside, there was Swingball and a large trampoline, so the children never ran out of things to enjoy. There really was no need to bring any extra entertainment.Jill and Neil were wonderful hosts. They were only ever a phone call away if we had any questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Rose Farm Barn again.
