About this property
This coastal property sits in a prominent position very close to Southwold Pier and the sea. The property sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. It’s situated mere metres from the beach and high street so it’s ideal for family or group getaways with guests who are keen to explore the area. There are many restaurants, independent shops, pubs and art galleries to discover during your stay. Just over 1 mile away is the village of Reydon. This pretty parish offers plenty of stunning nature and wildlife, plus opportunities for long walks. Parks and play areas are also on offer to keep families with children entertained.
On the ground floor, the property has an entrance hallway that leads into the sitting room. It has large bay windows to allow in plenty of natural light and a cosy open fire. There are two leather armchairs and a sofa to relax on and the room is complete with a coffee table and TV. The next room is the open-plan kitchen/diner. It features all the appliances you could need for home cooking, plus a table and chairs that seat six. The door from the back of the kitchen opens into the conservatory with a comfortable sofa to relax. There’s also a door leading into the garden from here. The final room on the ground floor is a cloakroom with a WC. Up on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one is the master room with a king-size bed, mirrored wardrobes and a door opening onto a balcony with a bistro table and chairs. Bedrooms two and three both offer lovely twin beds and a wardrobe with shelves. Please note the single beds are 2’6” and may not be suitable for all adults. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside, guests can enjoy the rear enclosed garden with two patio areas, garden furniture and lawn.
