One or two problems: Towel rail in en-suite of downstairs front bedroom dangerously hot as it is bang next to the toilet. All the en-suites hot and no instructions as to how to adjust this. We could not find the appliance instructions - they were not in the specified drawer, or any other one. The TV signal was intermittent - the first night it would only work for 10 minutes, then announced that there was no signal. The gales over the weekend highlighted the fact that the windows in the front bedroom do not seal properly - the blind was waving around all night. The battery in the blind in the front downstairs bedroom went flat and we could not find the charger. We would have liked to ask about some of these things but no email contact details. Text and whats-app for new bookings only. Phone not good for me as poor hearing makes talking and listening on a mobile phone difficult.

It has a great position - 2 mins from the sea and pier. Very spacious inside. The open plan living area is large and there's plenty of room for my wheelchair to turn. The bedrooms with en suites are all large as well. There is a substantially well equipped kitchen, so much so that the equipment we bring just in case was not necessary. Everything you are likely to need in the kitchen, with floor to ceiling separate fridge and freezer. The front and back gardens are fully enclosed, so perfect for dogs to run around. This would have been even lovelier in the summer, with seating areas back and front. We had problems with the hot water to the shower upstairs, but the maintenance company came out quickly and made some adjustments. The smart TV signal is very erratic and we kept losing it, especially Christmas Day it was missing most of the day. Luckily we have access to streaming services, especially Netflix.
