My partner and I had a fabulous week here. The house is amazing and is located a two minute walk from the heart of Southwold. The house has been very tastefully decorated and the nicest master bedroom we have ever had from a holiday home. Everything had been well thought through. The garden was perfect for our dog, completely enclosed and secure. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. We will definitely visit again

Lovely!

Fantastic house in a fantastic location with a glorious garden ( an extra delight in Southwold) Cannot fault it. Worked perfectly for us. Extra reception rooms meant there were no clashes over TV/ Board games etc. We loved the room behind the dining room. It was a perfect games room in the evening whilst my husband watched TV downstairs. Bedrooms good sizes and the laundry room was a fantastic bonus. The warmth from the hot water system meant we could wash and dry clothes easily. We are a 3 generational group with the oldest 64 and youngest 11. It really worked for us. Harder I imagine with very young children , or very old. Lots of stairs and the fire doors(I understand are essential) but the are 'sharp' to close. Special mention to the gardener who left beautiful flowers in 3 rooms and also David who sorts bits and bobs including the bins and was a fountain of knowledge.
