When we arrived the property was a bit cool despite the heating being on, presumed that it had not been used for a while as once the fire was lit and we spent some time there it warmed up nicely. we struggled a bit with the televisions and in particular could not get the one in the main living area to work - said no connection. The big television in the games area worked ok on smart view.It felt that generally things were a bit tired and the lighting in the main living area was not very strong. There was bit of a trip hazard with a step on the corridor to the games room that two of our party fell over, fortunately no major harm.All in all it was clean and comfortable, plenty of room, a good location for us and was a reasonable price for the size and the time of year.
