Enjoy walks along the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal, visit Bratch Locks with its charming toll house, or wander the nature reserves and many country parks in the area. Grade II listed Himley Hall is close by, with picturesque parkland designed by Capability Brown, which hosts many outdoor events throughout the year. Just a short drive is the market town of Bridgnorth with its winding streets and funicular railway. In the vicinity are some of the best attractions in the country including The Severn Valley Railway, the West Midlands Safari Park, Cadbury World and the Black Country Living Museum. The area offers excellent walking including the South Staffordshire Railway Walk, which is part of the longer Monarch’s Way, and also the Staffordshire Way, which runs from Kinver to the edge of the Peak District, while panoramic views can be enjoyed from the Clent Hills, Kinver Edge and the Malvern Hills.
